No call no shows will result in an automatic ban from booking as well as a cancellation fee
I also have a 15 minute grace period as I know life can be unpredictable.
If there has been no communication of being late your appointment will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes as well as a cancellation fee. If I am notified prior, I am happy to reschedule!
